Strengthen the fundraising capacity of the organizations you support
You invest in bold, mission-driven organizations across Africa. But do your grantees have the fundraising infrastructure to sustain themselves beyond your grant cycle?
I partner with foundations, donor networks, and capacity-building intermediaries to build lasting fundraising capacity in their portfolios — so your investment multiplies
I also help you to develop fundraising strategies, equitable and community-driven grant making services, and raise funds to be passed onto your grantees. My experience has been significant with intermediaries such as Village Capital, where I raised more than $20M and with MAMA HOPE and other intermediaries.
The gap you’re already seeing
Many grantees struggle with the same challenges: over-reliance on a single funder, no donor pipeline, weak proposals, passive boards, and no CRM or stewardship systems. These aren’t program problems — they’re fundraising infrastructure gaps. And they limit the long-term impact of every dollar you deploy.
What I offer funders and intermediaries

Portfolio-Wide Fundraising Training
Multi-day training intensives for cohorts of your grantees. Covers pipeline design, prospecting, networking strategy, grant writing fundamentals, and donor engagement. Each organization leaves with a 50+ funder starter pipeline and practical tools.
Investment: $500/org (in-person, 2 participants) or $250/org (online cohort).
Embedded Advisory for Select Grantees
I work directly with individual organizations in your portfolio on tailored strategy, prospect research, grant writing, or systems design. You choose the depth of engagement — from a single Fundraising Strategy Intensive ($1,200–$2,200) to a full annual advisory package ($2K–$20K).

Custom Capacity-Building Programs
We co-design a program that fits your portfolio’s needs: blending group training, 1:1 advisory, and ongoing coaching. I’ve delivered these for organizations like Mama Hope, and the results speak for themselves — 800+ prospects identified, $100K+ in new gifts secured, and organizations moving from six-figure to seven-figure budgets.
Grantmaking Strategy Support
Drawing on my experience designing and co-implementing a $1M grantmaking strategy for nonprofits in Morocco and Liberia, I can help you structure your own grantmaking to maximize impact and build local capacity simultaneously.
Fundraising Strategy for Intermediaries — I help funds and intermediaries design their own fundraising strategies, from identifying aligned donors to building multi-year revenue plans that sustain your grantmaking. Whether you need to raise capital for a new fund, grow an existing portfolio, or diversify your own funding base, I bring the same strategic rigor I use with nonprofits to the funder side of the table.
Pipeline Building & Grantee Scoping: I am constantly discovering extraordinary organizations doing transformative work across Africa. Through my AI-powered landscaping tools and deep networks across the continent, I help funders identify, vet, and connect with high-potential grantees. Whether you are launching a new fund or expanding into a new region, I can build your pipeline of aligned organizations ready for investment
