Multi-day training intensives for cohorts of your grantees. Covers pipeline design, prospecting, networking strategy, grant writing fundamentals, and donor engagement. Each organization leaves with a 50+ funder starter pipeline and practical tools.

Investment: $500/org (in-person, 2 participants) or $250/org (online cohort).

Embedded Advisory for Select Grantees

I work directly with individual organizations in your portfolio on tailored strategy, prospect research, grant writing, or systems design. You choose the depth of engagement — from a single Fundraising Strategy Intensive ($1,200–$2,200) to a full annual advisory package ($2K–$20K).
